I was shocked to see it’s been a year since I updated this blog. I guess it means i’ve been busy ;-). The mastering studio is going almost full time these days, I will try to do more regular updates to tell what i’m working on as i did before. Some things I finished this year are new albums by Menko, Super Grupa Bez, Kaboutertje Putlucht, Alina Valentina, Legowelt, A-tweed, Jaffa Kid, Dr. Strange aka ADN Ckrystall, Veyveris, LFT, Tutu Ta, Leroy Se Meurt, and a ton of others. singles also too many to name all. I do more and more digital only releases, inflation seems like an issue for vinyl sales and hopefully prices can come down a bit, also at the pressing plants.
We played our first Rude 66 live show in 6 years here in San Francisco a few weeks ago, i hope we can do some regular shows again in the near future. Next year i’m also starting to work on some new material.
Masters i’m currently working on are Resume Inc, a new Das Ding 2lp, new Dollkraut, EAK, and a few compilations. Merry Xmas and happy new year!
